Versatility in design

The Sunflex 25 system, as well as all Sunflex systems, is custom-manufactured to fit the opening sides of the space needed (with a panel height of up to 2400mm) with any number of configurations. The panel opening direction can also be specified.

The intelligent technical specifications shape the character of this system. The single running track design caters for a wide range of applications. This allows the glass panels to slide from 90^o to any angle change up to 180^o, including segmented curved radius openings.

Security The Sunflex 25 features a two-point locking system with concealed top and bottom latching, operated by a pull cord, that secures the first panel to be opened. Carriers at the top and guides at the bottom corners secure the remaining panels, which enables them to slide to the side for stacking once the first panel has been opened.       Weather stripping With minimum distance between glass panels, weather stripping, flexible wall connection gasket seals, twin PVC brush piles and plastic end caps to the top and bottom profiles, effective weatherproofing is achieved. For improved weather performance the SF30 provides minimal vertical framework which enables every panel to iterlock together when closed. The unique clever design of the system means the frame incorporates an internal drainage element, transporting any condensation to the external face drain. A special groove integrated to the outside face of the bottom rail profile, enables the addition of an external sill.       Operating system The running mechanism consists of horizontal polyamide wheels with double-sealed ball bearings providing continued quiet, quick and easy, smooth operation and a long life. An adjustable head section caters for discrepancies, allowing installation in openings that may not be level (up to 16mm). Download track options       Appearance The supporting rails and track as standard can be finished to a Silver Anodised EV1 or polyester powder coated White RAL 9016, Silver RAL 9006, Grey Aluminium RAL 9007 or Anthracite Grey RAL 7016, other RAL colours (over 201 RAL colours available) are available for a nominal charge. In addition you can specify whether a matt, semi gloss or full gloss level paint finish is required.       Complete system The Sunflex 25 system can be complemented by the SF45 system enabling a complete solution to any room, from tilt and turn windows, fixed glazing to folding sliding doors.       Glazing Depending on requirements 6, 8 or 10mm toughened safety glass, manufactured to BS6206A standard can be used.
