Dimensions
The SF35 system is custom-manufactured to fit any size of opening. Panels can be manufactured to a width of up to 800mm and a maximum height of up to 2600mm. Heights greater than this can be achieved, please contact our technical department for advice.

Security
The standard locking system offers a very high level of security, with a quick, smooth and easy operation. It consists of a two-point top and bottom shoot bolt mechanism, which is incorporated into the framework on the lead door and operated by an internal flush handle. A five-lever profile cylinder locks the shootbolt and can be fitted to either the inside only or both internally and externally, meeting the requirements of the Association of British Insurers
Weather stripping
Glass panels framed in slim line aluminium interlock together in addition to side jambs and top and bottom twin PVC brush piles separated by a twin fin seal, provide a moderate weather protection.
As standard an aluminium flush track that can be recessed into the floor provides a level walkthrough. Alternatively, a track that incorporates an internal drainage element, transporting any condensation or cleaning water to face drain outside. An external sill can be added if required.
Operating system
A top running system with an operating mechanism that consists of horizontal polyamide wheels with double-sealed ball bearings providing continued quiet, quick and easy, smooth operation and a long life.
An adjustable head section caters for discrepancies, allowing simple installation in openings that may not be level (up to 16mm).

Appearance
Panels to be finished as standard in Silver Anodised EV1 or polyester powder coated to a semi-gloss finish White RAL 9016, Silver RAL 9006, Grey Aluminium RAL 9007 or Anthracite Grey RAL 7016, other RAL colours (over 201 RAL colours available) are available for a nominal charge. In addition you can specify whether a matt, semi gloss or full gloss level paint finish is required.
Complete system
The Sunflex 35 system can be complemented by the SF45 system enabling a complete solution to any room, from tilt and turn windows, fixed glazing to folding sliding doors.
Glazing
Depending on specification, the standard 20mm unit comprises of 4mm clear toughened glass with Soft-coat Low ‘e’ to the inner pane x 12mm argon gas cavity x 4mm clear toughened glass to comply with building regulations for safety and thermal efficiency. All units are BS kite marked, manufactured to BS6206A and BS5713 standards.
